HOW TO JOIN US
We deeply appreciate your decision to participate in our syndicate, and we want you to know that you hold great importance in our community. Your presence and support are truly valued. Before we embark on this journey together, there are a few essential steps to ensure that we align with the regulatory guidelines set forth. To invest with us, you will fall into one of two categories: the "Sophisticated Investor" or the "High Net Worth Investor."

Sophisticated Investor
You are a Sophisticated Investor if you have either invested in an unlisted company in the last two years, are a member of a business angel syndicate, have worked in the private equity sector for the past two years, or you are a director of a company with an annual turnover of at least £1m.
High Networth Investor
You qualify as a High Net Worth Investor if your annual income exceeds £100,000 or if, over the past 12 months, your total net assets have amounted to £250,000 or more.
