This was the message in the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) 2018 report, which states that global temperatures are likely to rise by 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels by 2040¹. Each year since, the IPCC’s warnings have grown starker, and the call to action greater. Diversity X recognises the importance of investing in underestimated founders working on innovative climate tech solutions.
